Soles for Souls.... HAITI....
Isaac and Amy spoke with Beth and we decided to do a shoe drive for Haiti. As you know most people have lost their homes do the the Earthquake. There is currently no running water or electricity right now in Port Au Prince where roughly 3 million people live.
Starting this Sunday and a few more Sundays there will be a shoe donation box. These shoes are being arranged by Amy to be dropped at Medical Teams International for delivery to Haiti.
SHOE GUIDLINES:
New or Gently Used...
tennis shoes
work boots
sandles
flip flops
flat shoes
Not practicle to Haitians...
NO high heels
NO fashion boots
NO winter type shoes
