Separating boys, girls in high school
Any thoughts on this?

Sounds like a great idea! I can think of a few classes in HS that would have been vastly improved by removing the boys. :)
OK, and to be fair, quite a few that would not. I took a lot of "over achiever" classes, and those did not cater to boys or girls who were interested in style over substance. They would not have benefitted from gender separation. But I would have been all in favor of this separation in PE, Econ, and other "basics" classes
