peanut butter is a wonderful thing! it's loaded with protein, and doesn't require refridgeration, and (almost) everything goes well with it! chocolate, bananas, carrots, more chocolate... :-)

i retract that last statement on behalf of my wife. peanut butter is delicious and stephanie has been known to eat strawberry jam and crunchy peanut butter sandwiches, even purchase it too.
