So I took this too, once, and my life expectancy was something like 92 (which is about as low as you can get on this quiz).
Then, because I am strange, I took it from the perspective of a woman my age living in Afghanistan and discovered that I would live two years longer if I lived there according to this test.
Then, because that didn't seem to make sense to me, even though I did answer the questions from the perspective of a relatively healthy 30 year old married woman (but with kids - since that would be likely if I lived in Afghanistan), I went t a website to find out how long Afghan women really live (on average). Any guesses? Granted, it's an average, and the average life expectancy of women in this country is significantly lower than this quiz would allow for.

Apparently I am only going to make it to 90. Need to exercise more, eliminate stress, and stop taking iron supplements. (ironically. haha, get it, ironically?!)
Anyway, as to Katy's point, it's clear enough that this life expectancy quiz only really works for Americans with access to American health care, safe water, good food, and the life.
In other words, it's probably time to be say a quick prayer of thanks for where we live. I frankly would not willingly trade places with a woman living in any other country in the world, even if I was to maintain my relative position in the socio-economic strata - certainly, Afghanistan would near the bottom of my long list, too. I am very thankful for this country, as much as I may exercise my right to complain bitterly about certain aspects of it. (For that matter, how many countries Really give you the right to complain bitterly about them?)
