Rafting shut down on Deschutes Just as well we did not go rafting this week. I saw another article that said they'd re-opened rafting yesterday, but were posting people along the banks w/ bullhorns to keep boats out of the way of water-dipping helicopters. :} Link: Rafting halted on Deschutes |
